Plain terms for using our apps and this site. By using them, you agree to these.

These terms are between you and Wuji, LLC (“Wuji”). They cover our apps — Incense, Bowls, and Wuji — and wuji-meditation.com.

Using the apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please use them lawfully. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the apps or their content. An app may also present an End User License Agreement when you first open it; if you don't agree to it, don't use the app.

Subscriptions & purchases

Some Wuji content or features may require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase. These are billed through your Apple App Store account under Apple's terms. You manage, renew, or cancel them in your App Store settings, not here. Prices and offerings may change; we'll give notice where required.

Wellness, not medical advice

Our apps are tools for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical devices and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. They don't diagnose, treat, or cure anything. If you have health concerns, talk to a qualified provider.

Our content

The apps, their audio, images, text, and the generated soundscapes are owned by Wuji, LLC or our licensors and are protected by law. You may enjoy them within the apps; you may not extract, redistribute, or reuse them.

As-is

The apps and website are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't promise they'll be uninterrupted or error-free, and you use them at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wuji, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps or this website.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms; we'll note the effective date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
