Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect almost nothing, we don't use analytics or trackers, and we never sell your data.

Wuji, LLC (“Wuji,” “we,” “us”) makes Incense, Bowls, and Wuji, and operates wuji-meditation.com. This policy covers all of them.

Our apps

Incense (iPhone & iPad, available now) collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs. Your preferences live only on your device. Incense reads your device's motion sensors in real time to animate the on-screen smoke — that data is used for the current frame only and is never stored, logged, or sent anywhere; motion access is optional and the app works without it. All audio is bundled with the app; nothing is recorded or uploaded.

Bowls (iPhone, currently in testing) also collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no crash reporting, no third-party SDKs, and no network connection of any kind — nothing about your use of Bowls ever leaves your device. On supported headphones, Bowls reads motion data to keep sound placed around you as you turn your head; that data is used live to render the audio and is immediately discarded, never stored or transmitted. If you set a photo as a session background, it's handled by Apple's own photo picker, which gives Bowls only the one image you choose — Bowls never gets access to your photo library, and the image stays on your device.

Wuji (iPhone sound-bath player, coming soon) streams and downloads its places from our servers, so when it launches our servers will process basic technical data — such as your device's IP address in ordinary request logs — to deliver that content. Any subscriptions or purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store; we never see your card or payment details, and Wuji does not require an account to listen. We'll expand this section with Wuji's specifics when it ships.

This website

• No cookies, no analytics, no ad or tracking pixels. We don't profile you or follow you around the web.
• Fonts. The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address as part of serving the font. That is the only third-party request the site makes.
• Waitlist. If you join the Wuji waitlist, you give us your email address. We use it only to tell you when Wuji is ready, and occasionally for related news you can opt out of at any time. We don't sell, rent, or share it, and you can ask us to delete it whenever you like.
• Email. If you write to us, we use your message and address only to reply.

What we never do

We don't sell or rent your data, build advertising profiles, or hand your information to data brokers. Using Incense or Bowls never requires an account.

Children

Our apps are suitable for all ages. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

Because we hold so little, this is simple: if you joined the waitlist, you can ask us what we have (your email) and ask us to delete it. Email privacy@wuji-meditation.com.

Legacy apps

Our earlier Apple TV app offered optional Apple Music playback through your own Apple Music subscription, governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy. We never received or stored that data.
